Felix McTeigue is a New York City based record producer. Artists he has worked and collaborated with include Madi Diaz, Anais Mitchell, Nate Campany, Julie Frost, Espionage, dawn Landes, Amber Rubarth, Ron Sexmith, Adrien Grenier, The Honey Brothers, Bold-Love Records, Walk the Moon, Craig Wiseman, Chris Tompkins, Lucy Wainwright, Lori McKenna, Katharine Mcphee, Tommy Brunette, The Dap Kings, Ollabelle, Carley Tanchon and Liliana Rose. His songs have been performed by Leann Rimes, The Lunabelles, Carrie Underwood, Heidi Newfield, Tommy Brunette, Faith HIll, Daniel Powder and many others.
Felix says, “I have been lucky enough to produce music for and write with some of the most talented new artists around today. Over the last few years, I have consistently been amazed by how collaboration can lead to great, new and exciting music” Felix regularly travels to LA and Nashville to work with writers and developing artists. Prior to his producing career, Felix released three critically acclaimed records — Radio Perfecto, FDR Pawnshop Romance and an eponymous release. His music has been played on hundreds of radio stations worldwide and he has shared the stage with artists including Michael Franti and Spearhead, Dave Van Ronk, The Roches, Lisa Leob, Rogue Wave, Mo Tucker (Velvet Underground) and Architecture from Helsinki. He has toured the country extensively playing venues such as the Filmore (SF), Joe’s Pub (NYC), Eddie’s Attic (ATL) and many others. He currently writes for Kobalt Music Publishing.

Felix is great at getting what he needs out of artists and getting a great performance out of me. We’ve worked together enough that he and I have developed some code phrases that represent trying certain pre described approaches to help us reach some other levels of performance. We work hard but it’s still always a blast.
